For Spider-Man: The Movie on the GameCube, GameFAQs has 33 cheat codes and secrets. The title of this article should be changed to 'Spider-Man (Movie Video Game)' or some such. Given how confusing it is to title an article about a video game 'Spider-Man: The Movie', combined with the fact that it isn't the game's actual title, anyone have a problem with moving this article to a more accurate Spider-Man (2002 video game)?

Frist while your fighting him go un top of goblin by swinging webs when you are right above him drop if gone to high and press x and start punching him by pressing sqaure or take a ride but after a while goblin will take spidey and slam him on the side of the glider then you will just start falling so make sure to swing web and if you want to exit glider riding simiply press x.

On the Roof top level 1 after you first start thegame on the building behind and to the right ofyou there is a woman that asks you to find herpurse for her on another roof top. Then go to thebuilding with the words, Lavainia on it(it isright in front of your starting point)you willfind the purse. Take it back to her for somepoints for the secret store.

The Green Goblin is just a cheater, but after years of work, if you want to own The Green Goblin by hand to hand combat, here's what you do. First, you want to to use only two of combos, 'The Mule Kick' and 'Dual Fists' if your a starter. For like the first mission, where you drop in the ball room, you have to get at least two feet away and let him chase you around in circles. As he gets closer, he throw a good hook or a front kick, or land a combo on nothing. You let him hit the air a couple of times until you go in after hit hits and perform a three hit combo. He will literally do nothing but grunt and jerk. The first few hits, you'll know your doing them right because he'll always say, 'My compliments to you. You'll skill is tremendous! ' .

First enter DODGETHIS in the cheats menu to activate matrix Spiderman, then enter the level Breaking and Entering. Notice that you can only preform this while Spiderman and NOT Green Goblin. First hide in the ceiling and webb-up a passing guard. Then hold the X button while falling on him to ride him. While on him, press the O button to body slam him onto the ground. But in matrix mode, the guard will flip faster than Spidey and Spidey will slam his back on the ground! This might take a few tries as matrix attacks will not happen every time.

Goblin can be a devastating melee fighter and do not approach him if you have little health or are not experienced enough. But for those of you who are, here are a few tips. If goblin manages to get a grip on you and starts choking you, tap the Square or X button as fast as possible to get out. Something that is very useful to me is dodging. If you press the X button with a directional arrow, you will dodge in that direction. If you see Goblin preparing for an attack, dodge, throw a nice combo then dodge again. This will confuse Goblin and has made me personally comfortable at fighting Goblin up close. Do be careful though.

In order to preform these neat tricks, you will need to play as Spiderman and must have unlocked the combos: Advanced Web Gloves (R2+Square Enhanced) and Haymaker (Circle+X+Square). In the level Coup D'etat, first rescue MJ then go onto a building and activate Advanced Web Gloves. The Green Menace cannot resist coming up close and when he does, jump (DO NOT WEB SWING as this will deactivate your gloves) and areal punch or kick Goblin and this will Knock him off his glider! The glider will remain where it was but Green Goblin is gone! You cannot complete the level and you must restart or quit, but it is a pretty funny move.2: In the level The Offer ( right after Coup D'etat) first get Goblin off his glider and into the first building. Knock his health to a quarter left, then activate your Advanced Web Gloves and Haymaker Goblin. This is a very devestating move and it will K0 him. Then you will arrive at the power house in the movie but Goblin is not there! He will talk but not in person. As for Spidey, he will represent as a pair of floating web gloves!

If you want to beat a super soldier in theOSCORP levels, hide on the ceiling, tie them upwith your web, and jump down and kick theirbutts!!!!!

When a bunch of thugs gang up on you hit Triangleand Right on the D-Pad or on the joy stick,(Using the D-Pad is easier) Spiderman will crouchand a big dome of web will form around him. Itexplodes after a couple of seconds. However, youcan make it explode immediately, if you press X.You may have to do it a couple of times on thetough thugs.

It's time to stop that evil goon for good and iknow the best way to do it. If your havingtrouble beating the Greenie Meanie in hand tohand or mono-a-mono combat use this to one simplemove to defeat or take away most of his life.Just keep firing your web-balls at a rapid paceand it will eventually take it's toll on his lifebut keep restocking on your webbing when everpossible and don't get to close to him or he willuse his combos which can be lethal.

Here's a great move to use when your fightingmany enimies. Press Circle + Box + Box and itwill kill the thugs or use this other great comboCircle + X + Box!!!!

in basic combat use the vipe line to get on topof the cage. When thugs come out they can't hityou. While on top of the cage press triangle andup to web blast them. You can also use web domeon the ground.Use those moves with the boss atthe end for a easy when wothout lose energy

Having a hard time geting through the tower? Hereare some tips. 1st you know that those gernadesbounce once and then explode. So push R1 thatwill shoot you straight up toward the roof. Then2nd they have mines planted in tower. those arequite easy. You can run right pass them. (butmake sure you don't get hit by those. they make ulose a lot of health.)And 3rd the smalllittle 'spider' things. Those are REALLY bad.they FOLLOW YOU!! So watch out. And right whenthey start throwing a lot of bombs and thespiders follow you and attack you look around forthe red spider health things. there outthere!!!!

When you are fighting against a enemy or thug,press square and circle, and you will punch theenemy or thug and then he wil do a kick. It canprobably hurt and finish the thug, but it canhurt the enemy greatly! I THINK SO!

Hey! Are you sick and tired of just kicking andpunching the bad guys. Well here is a new way tokill them.Hop on their head. To do this all youhave to do is get near a thug and hold the 'X'button. You want to web zip but you get hit by people sometimes. Well i have the souloution.Super Web Zip. All you do is press the R1 button and triangle button at the same time and you zip faster with a web shield. It can make you go faster and kill more people.

Having a hard time beating this part of the game?First make sure that the killer is NOT in frontof the door when you walk up. Also make sure youhave the health meter all the way up. Take a fewkicks and punches at him until your health meteris low. Push the R1 button. This should springyou up to the roof. Crawl around until you see ared spider icon. Then go back down and fight himagain.

Lead the Green goblin to the electricity when you fight him the 2nd time. this kills him and ends the game.

To unlock wrestler spider-man just beat the gameon the easy or normal level or start a new gameon easy enter arachnid under the cheats and levelwarp to conclusion this will be unlocked in thesecret store.

To defeat Shocker, you must first get through thesubway tunnels where he shoots electric waves atyou. To do this, you can either try runningforward and dodging left and right in to othertunnels, or just running forward and using yourweb shield whenever Shocker shoots the waves downthe tunnel (this is the easiest method). Once youget through the tunnel, throw both switches atthe end of the tunnel to move the car and reveala stairway which leads to Shocker. To defeatShocker, just shoot your improved impact webbing(you should have found this in an earlier level),he should be dead in no time with the damage thenew impact webbing does to him.

Complete the game on normal difficulty to unlockAlex Ross's version of Spider Man.

On the level where you try to get past Shocker.(where he shoots charges down the tunnel)if youare the Green Goblin get on your glider and do aturbo boost down the tunnel.(You can do theturbo boost by holding R2 and X.This will makeyou go fast)If you do it correctly then you wontbe damaged by Shocker

Complete the game on the Hero difficulty and look for the option under SecretStore. Alternatively, start a game on the Superhero difficulty. Exit first levelwithout playing. Enter ARACHNID at Cheats menu, use Level Warp to view the lastlevel (Conclusion). Exit the Credits, go to Secret Store and Green Goblin will beunlocked. The Green Goblin has his own set of controls which can be accessed atthe Pause screen.

This hint doesn't really help you get further inthe game, it's just fun. First, go to thelevel, 'Showdown With Shocker'. Then, afteryou've gone past the sewer water, and you're inthe area behind the part of the ceiling Shockercrumbled, start looking around. You'll noticesome pairs of tanks. One pair is lying on it'sside; pick that one up. When Spider-Man picks itup, he won't really be touching them! It's likehe's telekinetic or something.

All you have to do is go to specials, then goto training. Select the ring one. Look to yourleft and there shall be a building wall. By theway your spiderman right. Climb up the wall.There are then two triangles. Jump on them andpress the punch button.

This works with Green Goblin and Spider-man. Inthe training levels where you are in the city,people talk to you. What you do is you eitherswing as low to the ground as you can, or fly aslow as you can. After moving around the city abit, people will say things like, 'Get a jobmenace!' and wether you are GG or SM, they willsay stuff back. When you play as GG or SM, theysay different things like when you play as SMsomeone says, 'Look! It's Spider-Man!' thensomeone else will say, 'Spider-man, is hestronge?' then the first guy will say, 'Listenbud, he's got radioactive blood!' But if you playas GG the first guy says, 'Look it's GreenGoblin!', tthen the second guy says, 'GreenGoblin, is he stronge?' then the second guysays, 'Listen bud, he's got... I don't know.'Those are just some examples. Try this. See howmany different phrases you can count.

To take the Shocker out with out getting toofrustrated, simply follow these steps and itshould be easy sailing for you my friend. Whenyour chasing shocker theres a level (the onewhere you need to get the wheel to turn the wateroff) theres the secret area (now im not gonnatell ya that, it would be cheating) anyway getthe web gloves x2 combo. When you are fightingshocker, he shoots rapid blasts at you 6-7 in arow. These can really hurt if you aren't careful.Jump around to avoid these blasts, afterwards hisbracelets will spark and momentarily stopworking. This is your chance, use web gloves x2and punch the snot out of him. After his glovesreactivate, he will shoot into the air, (this maytake damage off) so be careful. Rinse and Repeatand you have done it my friend.

To beat this guy is not an easy feat. Unless youcombine flawless skill with your ability totarget and use web shots. He has a large anddamaging gun. Stay on the ceiling till it is timefor him to reload his weapon. When you hear theclick it is time to attack. Use web fluid shots,to take damage. If you want to be bold usevarious combo attacks on him while he isreloading. When you hear the clicks stop, get tothe ceiling. Repeat this again and you have gothim.

Beat game in the difficulty of Hero. Then go to the secret store and turn Green Goblin on.

Hold the R button to and then Spiderman shouldhold the web under his crotch to swing faster.

You know gcn3 said how 2 unlock the greengoblin. Well, get him the fast way. How? Do this:Start a a game on Hero difficulty. Enter in thecheats entry ARACHNID to go to the Conclusion.Now go to the secret store to turn the greengoblin on, then punch in CHILLOUT at the cheatsentry to get something special.

Type in the cheat 'GIRLNEXTDOOR' to become Mary-Jane Watson. Then type in the cheat 'ROMITAS' toskip levels. Skip to the Ending and u will seeMary-Jane kissing Mary-Jane.

If you type in 'KNUCKLES' at the cheat page youcan play as a Black Thug.

This is rather complicated, so pay attention. Onthe level where you first meet goblin (and rescuemary-jane) start out normal and rescue herbecause she gets annoying. As soon as you puther down and watch the short video, look left tothe really tall building. While dodging goblin'sattacks, get to the top and you will find ahelicopter pad. There is a new move up there,get if you want. Web up your hands TWICE. (note:you must have put the code KOALA in beforehandand gotten all the moves). Once you have webbedup your hands target the goblin. He willperiodically dive low then come straight uptowards you. JUST AS HE BEGINS TO COME UPTOWARDS YOU. Leap off the building and dropuntil you come close. When you get within a fewfeet of him quickly press B and puck him in thehead (note: the difficulty level must be on easyso that it will take all his lives). If donecorrectly he will fall off his glider onto thebuilding below. He will remain there in asquatting position while his glider sits in midair. You cannot beat the level after this. Youmust restart the level and beat it correctly.
